It is no secret that we appreciate quality craftsmanship at The Merchant Fox.
On our quest for finding unique products that our customers will appreciate and cherish, we have decided to partner with Italian neckwear maker Paolo Albizzati.
Based in the northern Italy town of Malnate, Paolo Alibizzati's heritage spans over four decades. The production takes place in the family owned factory and every item produced respects the most rigid quality requirements.
The selection available through The Merchant Fox has been carefully curated and manufactured exclusively for us in limited quantities. The Paolo Albizzati tie is truly a handmade product. From the cutting of the cloth to the final stitches, every step of the process is done exactly in the same manner as it was done forty years ago - by hand.
The hand rolled blade featured on each tie offers an inimitable look that can be worn both formally as well as in a more casual setting. For this specific collection, we opted for versatile colours and patterns that will undoubtedly find a place in any wardrobe.
In addition to the ties, Paolo Albizzati also offers other options such as scarves. Soft to touch and extremely lightweight, it's the perfect piece of neckwear for warmer climates and summer months. Each design is exclusively retrieved from Paolo Albizzati’s family archive. The scarves are made in Italy and feature hand stitched edges.
