Delivery Information
International Duties & Taxes - USA
Orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. This means that import duties, local taxes and any customs charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
If a customer refuses to pay these charges and the order is returned to us, any import duties, taxes, return shipping fees and associated costs incurred will be deducted from the refund issued.
Rest of World Orders:
For all other international orders, import duties, local taxes and customs charges will apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Free Delivery
We offer our customers free shipping when spending:
UK - Apparel & Home orders of £350.00 or more.
This will automatically be activated at checkout. Please note that in order to qualify for “free shipping”, the rate is calculated by the net price of the total cart value, excluding any applicable VAT or taxes within the country of destination.

Delivery to APO/BFPO and PO BOX addresses is not currently available.
For our EU Customers
We collect the VAT based on the country from which you place your order.
Delivery charges for Europe reflect shipping costs and, where applicable, additional regulatory requirements now in place across parts of the EU. Any delivery-related charges we apply are shown clearly at checkout.
Please note that EU import duties, where applicable, may still be payable on delivery depending on the destination country and order value.
International Shipping
Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for customs and handling charges levied by authorities in the country of destination. Refusal to pay import duties or taxes is treated as a refused delivery and is not considered a cancellation.
Middle East Shipping Update
Due to current carrier surcharges affecting certain Middle Eastern destinations, shipments to Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait and Qatar currently incur an additional delivery charge.
This is reflected in the shipping cost shown at checkout. Delivery times may also be extended due to circumstances outside our control.

Order Dispatch & Delivery Confirmation
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email, including an Order Tracking Reference that you can use to track your parcel. For special delivery requests, please email enquiries@themerchantfox.co.uk.
A signature is required on all deliveries and we regret that we are unable to leave packages in a secure place.
