Crafted from an intricate glen check, which launched as part of Fox Brothers' limited edition collection of seasonal cloth. A fabric woven with a twofold woolen spun yarn, which is especially spun for FOX, using our own in-house specification.
Woven from 100% superfine Merino wool, with a cloth weight of 370/400g, to offer a dependable and versatile jacket intended as a future heirloom.
The story of Justo Gimeno began when Justo Gimeno Pradilla traveled to Argentina and began training as a tailor. Upon his return to Spain, he opened his first tailor shop in Zaragoza. A city where the Gimeno family continues to make select British-inspired clothing, with the emphasis on high-quality materials and traditional craftsmanship.

PROVENANCE [ THE FOX HOUSE CHECK JACKET ]
Made in Fox Cloth by the talents of Justo Gimeno tailoring.
The Justo Gimeno story began in 1885, when he travelled to Argentina and started training as a tailor. When he returned to Spain, he opened his first workshop at Zaragoza, the city where Justo Gimeno is still proudly operating today.
Since that time, Gimeno’s family have been creating high-quality, British inspired, casual and hunting garments.
Fox Brothers', the English woollen mill founded in Somerset in 1772, is acknowledged as the pioneer of exquisite woollen and worsted flannels throughout the past century. Fox remains dedicated to crafting fine cloth and worsted flannel.
According to style connoisseurs, when choosing flannel, “always be sure to ask for it (Fox) by name.”
