An intriguing and renowned Tuscan fabric, prized for its textured finish, which features an intentional 'fuzziness' to the cloth.

Originally, this unique quality was crafted through a process called 'rattinatura', whereby the wool was brushed with stone to give its unique appearance. In addition to providing extremely hard-wearing properties, great thermal insulation and breathability.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to assist with your exchange or return. Please return your order within 30 days from receipt of your item/s to be eligable for a refund.

UK Returns are charged at £9.50, EU, USA returns are charged at £35.00, Rest of the World is charged at £40.00.

Follow the online instructions your shipping label will be emailed to you, pop the label on your return and take it to your nearest DHL drop off point. Your return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We no longer offer exchanges under an order. If you wish to exchange your order for a different size, please return your order via our returns portal, we will issue you with a refund whereby you can place a new order for a different size.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any made-to-order or customised pieces. However, we are more than happy to accept returns on pre-order items and in stock products.
